Age: 12-19 years

Objectives:

• Review key issues discussed in last three workshops
• Sensitizing girls to learn from their past mistakes
• Strengthening the student forum
• Selecting a team of girls who will be trained to mentor fellow colleagues at school and in the community

Key Issues Discussed:

• Registering individual successes from the Femlead workshops
• Sensitive issues which effect the girls’ lives
• Encourage new students to participate
• Encourage girls to share personal challenges with Femlead
• Identify role models
• Understanding what is needed to develop a safe environment in which Girls can thrive
